An English-language social matrix and PR foundation for a Chinese-language entertainment IP.
English social channels, a media kit and a baseline PR layer for a Chinese-language entertainment IP entering English markets.

A Chinese-language entertainment IP holder wanted to enter the English content market, but its existing material and distribution patterns were built for Chinese-speaking audiences. The client needed overseas social entry points, an English media pack and baseline PR content so that the IP would have a presence English-speaking partners could actually find, cite and continue to engage with.
There was no shortage of Chinese-language content assets, but they could not simply be uploaded to Western platforms. Pacing, headline conventions, visual structure and storytelling habits all reflected the Chinese short-video environment. There was also no English media pack — no consistent IP description, creator bios, audience definition or partnership entry point — so even interested overseas partners could not quickly assess background or commercial value.
YF Consulting built an English-language distribution baseline: re-mapping the IP's core premise, target audience and overseas selling points; planning four overseas social channels — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook; restructuring Chinese material into short-form formats native to English platforms; producing English titles, descriptions, channel positioning and a release cadence; assembling a bilingual media pack covering IP overview, creator bios, partnership formats and licensable content; and supporting media placements and baseline PR to leave a discoverable English-language brand trail.
